Britain’s Gove says door no longer closed on EU deal talks

LONDON (Reuters) – British senior minister Michael Gove talked about on Sunday the door remained “ajar” for talks on a post-Brexit change deal to proceed if the European Union changed its come.

“I think the EU effectively ended the present spherical of talks final week. It used to be the case we had been making development nevertheless then the EU retreated from that,” he suggested BBC TV.

Asked if the door used to be ajar for talks to proceed, Gove talked about: “It is miles ajar. We hope that the EU will change their situation; we’re absolutely no longer asserting in the event that they attain change their situation that we can’t talk over with them.”
