Ragged France skipper Jefferson Poirot signed a four-one year contract extension with Bordeaux-Begles two months after retiring from Take a look at duty, the French membership announced on Saturday.
Poirot, 27, who performed his international career in June with 36 appearances for Les Bleus, will live at Stade Chaban-Delmas till 2025.
Loosehead prop Poirot is the membership’s sixth participant to agree a new deal in the previous 10 days collectively with France back-rower Cameron Woki and South African lock Jandre Marais.
Bordeaux-Begles, who led the High 14 when the season used to be cancelled in April due to the coronavirus pandemic, skedaddle to Stade Francais on the opening day of the brand new campaign on 4 September.
